David Emeny is a visual effects artist, web designer, student at fxphd.com, and musician from the UK. He was born in 1976 in Colchester, has a degree in Chinese from the University of Leeds and is now happily married to Danni Lee.

I am currently working as a feature film compositor at CIS London (formerly Rainmaker). Recently I worked as a freelance compositor at Molinare in Soho and before that I worked on three major Hollywood feature films as a freelance Roto/Paint Artist at Escape Studios in London. Since 1990 I have been producing music and playing guitar in bands. I was signed to Bolshi Records in 1999 as part of the breakbeat duo Milo, and released an EP which was available in all high street shops. I also enjoy fiction writing and am the co-founder of The Internet Novel, a community fiction writing site.
